Modified DCM KIT to better adhere to Website Admin Gudilines --> KIT structure

We should merge this, before freezing the KITs, upgrading Docusaurus and then reactivating the KITs again.

As this is a "content neutral" change I think this could and should be done outside the regular release cycles.
