EVSL v1.1.1

This is the same as 1.1.0 except for an updated documentation and a new driver which solves a generalized
eigenvalue problem without any factorization. (see TEST/MMsimple.c).

EVSL v1.1.0

This a revamped version of EVSL with many new features:
-- Polynomial and rational filters -- emphasis on Krylov projections.
-- Standard and generalized problems
-- Matrix-free format [user provides own matvec function]
-- FORTRAN interface
-- Spectrum slicing by KPM as well as Lanczos. Also effective
spectrum slicing for Ax=lambda Bx
-- Interfaces for various direct solvers when using rational filters and
solving generalized eigenvalue problems.
