The PR needs to change in some way to retrigger the webhook - close/reopen the PR or a new commit. That's annoying because you'd have to rerun all the CI. There doesn't seem to be a way to rerun them manually. Or we can manually mark those checks as Passed in the Snyk UI, which doesn't smell like the right option.

Since these aren't required checks, you're not blocked from merging. Both of them say they failed to process go.mod:7.17, which isn't even the branch you're working with here. It's a Snyk error rather than a bug report on this PR. I would vote for ignoring these errors and merging.
