… was simple to implement since Vis already had this functionality built-in, network-graph just needed to access it.

Added ability to set Edge Name (Label) and Tooltip Text (Title). This was simple to implement since Vis already had this functionality built-in, network-graph just needed to access it.
This will close issue #3.
