Converted Ed to a gem

With this release Ed is now a gem. This brings us one step away from releasing 1.0. Major changes:

• Ed is now a gem
• CSS files have been converted to SASS
• Documentation has a new section for gem-based functionality.
• The font, color and weight of the headings is lighter

Set up tests

Set up tests in Travis CI to ensure:

• that the site builds
• the integrity of HTML links
• that internal and external links are working
• that images have alt titles

In this release we also:

• Added tips and tricks to the documentation to change colors and layouts
• Added instructions for manual bibliographies
• Fixed hypothes.is link
