v1.0: Initial Release, finally!

InfraRedstone's first version is complete! I've got lots of documentation up and I'm satisfied with everything in it, so I'm publishing it! There's gonna be a lot more to come in the future, including an InfraRed comparator, the liquid crystal block, and more!
