Shading OGNL

SelfDiagnose relies on OGNL for its expression support. But the used OGNL version nowadays creates issues with newer versions of libraries like Hibernate. With this version of SelfDiagnose we have shaded OGNL into the library, so that it won't clash anymore and cause problems.
