Error says resolver is outdated when wallet is not connected

Describe the bug

When your wallet is not connected to the ENS app, above the records on your name will says the error:

The error is misleading because it says the resolver is out of date even though it isn't

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to your ENS domain
2. Don't connect wallet
3. Notice it won't let you set records, but also notice the resolver it up to date and you are warned about it not being up to date.

Expected behavior

You instead get a warning like "Please connect wallet to set records"
