Commit Message: added custom commands to redis proxy
Additional Description: Redis proxy has a list of 'allowed commands' which maps to redis commands, but redis allows allows users to create and load user defined commands... this PR adds a way to configure redis proxy to understand user defined redis commands.
Risk Level: Low (Optional config)
Testing: Tested adding commands on my Kubernetes cluster.
