Blank starter template for Middleman sites, Envy-style.

1. Organizes folders and uses filenames more like Rails than Middleman
2. Starts with a blank copy of [MVCSS][https://mvcss.github.io/] v 5
3. Prefers .sass over .scss

To deploy to GitHub Pages, add the [middleman-deploy](https://github.com/middleman-contrib/middleman-deploy) gem.
