Nice catch! It appears that no-one has used a non-standard TCP port so far.

Or maybe no one has used ACS_Motion_tcp.iocsh directly from another IOC. That's what I did, but maybe I shouldn't have, but then PORT got replaced with the name of an asyn port that I had assigned the PORT environment variable to, and then motorAcsMotion was not happy. :-)
