You might be able to download the file from Géoservices by doing the following:
- paste the ftp server address into your file explorer. The address is written out in the "link" for the package you want to download, as is the username and password for logging into the server. The first part of the "link", between the "ftp://" and a ":" is the username. The second part is the password. The server address is the part that comes after the "@" and before the filename itself.
- Hit enter after you've passed the server name into the address bar in your file explorer. A dialog asking for a username and password should pop up. Enter those.
- Now you should see all the files and can select the one for Région Île-de-France - R 11. Note that the connection might time out and you might have to try several times before you succeed in signing in and downloading.
If you know how to use an ftp connection on a Linux or Mac, please do share! :)
