v0.1.0 Released

This is the initial release of diagnose_dups, a program for examining duplicate reads from Illumina sequencing data. Unlike previous sequencing technologies, Illumina's patterned flow cell generates duplication rates of 6-12% and this rate can be largely independent of the complexity of the library. This program examines the duplication rate across the flow cell surface as well as quantifies the insert size and number of times molecules are duplicated.
