Description

• Update LED to support clock configuration such as LEDC_USE_RC_FAST_CLK
• Update LED example to showcase clock configuration
• Added .gitattributes file for ensuring consistent line endings
• rebuild docs

Motivation and Context

Allows you to configure what clock source is used for the underlying lEDC driver, which can allow LED function to continue in light sleep.

How has this been tested?

Building the LED example.
