example(gfps): update

Description

• Update GFPS example to shorten name, add tx power to advertisement data, and set the security, io capabilities, and pairing key distribution
• doc: rebuild

Motivation and Context

Fleshes out the GFPS example so it works better and includes the TX power in the advertisement data as it must for GFPS.

How has this been tested?

Building and running the example on a qtpy esp32s3.
