feat(zigbee): Add IAS Zone endpoints (Contact Switch + Door/Window Handle)

Description of Change

This PR adds 2 new endpoints, both using IAS Zone cluster:

• Contact Switch (open/close states)
• Door/Window Handle (open/close/tilted)

also added an example for the contact switch, as this type is supported by the HomeAssistant.

Tests scenarios

Tested using ESP32-C6 connecting to the Zigbee network running under HomeAssistant.
