Changes

1. tutorials/rpc-endpoint.md

Old: "Scroll down the bottom"
New: "Scroll down to the bottom"
Reason: Added missing preposition "to" for correct English grammar.

2. dvt/obol-dvt.md

Old: "There are three steps needed"
New: "There are two steps needed"
Reason: Correcting factual error - the document only lists two steps, not three.

3. SUMMARY.md and related files

Old: "On-Call/Incidence response"
New: "On-Call/Incident response"
Reason: Correcting terminology - "Incident" is the correct technical term for an event/occurrence, while "Incidence" refers to frequency or rate of occurrence.

Summary

These changes improve grammar accuracy and technical terminology consistency throughout the documentation, making it clearer and more professional for readers.
