This expands support and enriches examples for comparative genomics in Ideogram.js.

Ideogram's expanded comparative perspective includes support for chimpanzee, rat, fly, thale cress (Arabidopsis), corn, and rice. Previously, only human and mouse were supported. This enables Ideogram to support more use cases for agricultural and biomedical research.

The new "Comparative Genomics" example shows how this expanded support can be used in an application. The example shows the location of a gene in two organisms. The gene and organism can be specified by the user, as shown below.

Also, the default genome assembly for chimpanzee now displays centromeres. The reference's centromere positioning has some flaws (#143), but overall the inclusion of chimpanzee centromere better highlights orthology between human and ape chromosomes.
