We have deny(warnings) and 1.83 has new warnings. I'll fix these properly later.

force pushed, trying to get rustup to actually install rustfmt for 1.82. I guess it defaults to minimal profile, not default profile. |
Sheesh.
I think now 1.82 is the default, we don't need to specify it.
