Initial Pre-Release

I don't really expect people to use this yet still, but these are packaged versions of the app that can be run on Windows. Linux builds should also work, but have not been tested.

You can currently see races currently live on SpeedRunsLive with the game, goal, and number of entrants. Not much else this is good for yet other than getting a quick glimpse at what races are starting, active, or just finished.
