* update aux directory with `libtoolize -icf` fixes issue #14 * use libtoolize's copy mode to avoid committing symlinks * copy not symlink more aux files from automake * copy not symlink more aux files from automake * keep Makefile.in to simplify build experience for end-users fixes issue #16 * refresh other generated files
