Default tag uses deprecated alpine version #422

Describe the bug

fluent/fluentd is the alpine base image that's deprecated so that should be switched to the debian version since it's recommended for production use

Expected behavior

Default tag should be production ready and not deprecated

Historically, alpine image was treated as default for a long time, so it introduces breaking changes.
But it is not planed when to switch it yet.

I agree that switching it with an existing version would be a very bad idea, but since it's deprecated and not recommended for production use, having a plan to make that switch with a future version would be a very good idea
