Description
In preparation for the new bot, this PR changes the CDN upload URL to organise the R2 bucket introducing a folder for the old bot (this), new bot (utils) and sticky bot (sticky).
Once this PR is merged, the IMAGE_BASE_URL secrets on this repo must be changed to reflect.
