Adds logic to be able to run validation after you make changes, and shows errors in generated files instead of virtual one.

Functionality Before
Users could not re-run validations and errors were shown in problems tab but on a virtual URI.
Functionality After
Users can re-run validations and errors are shown in problems tab on actual generated file.
