composer: Update guzzlehttp/oauth-subscriber

Just to get rid of security warning, even though it is not currently used for anything other than Twitter spout, which is currently broken. - guzzlehttp/oauth-subscriber updated from 0.6.0 to 0.8.1 minor See changes: guzzle/oauth-subscriber@0.6.0...0.8.1 Release notes: https://github.com/guzzle/oauth-subscriber/releases/tag/0.8.1
