Install pre-requisites on OSX

For installing MariaDB on OSX, use:

brew install mariadb
mysql_install_db
mysql.server start
mysqladmin -uroot password ROOTPASSWORD

For installing Redis, pip and npm

sudo easy_install pip
brew install redis
brew install npm
