I have added a new README file named <README-SKT.md> in Sanskrit Language .
This is my first pull request in my open source contribution journey.

I don't know why in my PR README Suffix check is failed although i have checked so many times that ISO 639 in wiki page , the code for Sanskrit language is sa.
