Manage package collections for Swift from a desktop app. Create your Package Collections, validate, sign and diff from a single GUI.

This is a beta app and needs to be thoroughly tested. Please let me know how it performs from install all the way through to performing is core functionality of generating, validating, signing and diff'ing Swift Package Collections.

Download the PackageCollectionsManager_1.0_Installer.pkg file. There is no source code to download.
