This pull request includes several code refactorings and the addition of new functionality. The code refactorings include updating the build message in the Makefile, refactoring the token refresh logic in the authorize handler, and refactoring the ping endpoint to use the WriteString method. The new functionality includes adding route printing functionality to main.go and adding CORS, NoCache, SecureJSON, and GenerateContextId handlers.
