Installs

• Install bash-completion

Fedora: dnf install bash-completion

Homebrew: brew install bash-completion@2

Set up

make setup will:

• Add a line to .bashrc to source the repo script
• Link Emacs init file
• Link .inputrc
• Link .gitignore
• Link .Rprofile
