Use https://apidocs.bsx.fi/HydraDX/pallets/Tokens/extrinsic/transfer_all & https://apidocs.bsx.fi/HydraDX/pallets/Balances/extrinsic/transfer_all for transferring max or close to max values.
We will soon also have sell_all galacticcouncil/hydration-node#888 soon.
