MIXXX Pioneer DDJ-200 mapping

This is a mapping for the Pioneer DDJ-200 for the open source DJ software MIXXX.

This version changes "Transition FX" adding a toggle between 3 states:

Turned off (default) = Pads in hotcue mode
Turned on = Pads in Loop mode
Blinking = Pads in effect mode
