ref: Rename SentryCrashIntegrationSessionHandler

Rename from SentrySessionCrashedHandler to
SentryCrashIntegrationSessionHandler, as we're going to so we can add more logic to it, which isn't only related to crashed sessions.

Required for GH-4260.
