Repository for Neglected epiphytism: Accidental epiphytes dominate epiphytic communities on tree ferns in the Atlantic Forest
This repository contains codes and data needed to replicate the analyses of our paper. Data from asymptotic_diversity_profile_estimated.csv, nmds_matrix_onlyacc.csv,b and stratification_data.csv are already pre-prepared, but both glm_ contain the raw data used.
