Welcome to the phenopix wiki! here is a package devoted to the processing of repeated digital images in the context of vegetation phenology. In my researchgate page you can find two important vignettes /walkthrough that introduce you to the use of phenopix. Check them out before starting using phenopix. They are now kind of old but still give you the basic tools to go throught the various steps of the processing. Enjoy!
