This repository contains a notebook that allows you to access ARPA Lombardia weather stations data using the datasets freely available on Open Data Regione Lombardia Catalog. The notebook provides functionalities tested for the ARPA Weather QGIS plugin.
The notebook uses the Socrata API and the Sodapy Python library to access the ARPA data.
