Known bug: your nick is not colored correctly.

Documentation, /grep, and /url support are still todo.

Also moves the loading elipses for /list next to the channel count.
Added /grep support.
Account is now displayed as $a:accountname.
Flags now get the sigils color.
Reversed who reply item order.

Thanks! I'm going to look into correctly coloring one's own nickname in the who view before merging. It seems like I can just do what UserList does, but it's worth testing first.
