- build: restructure pymmg directory structure
- docs: update entry_point calls
- chore: update .gitignore
- build: update setuptools version to >=61
Moves all of Python submodules under pymmg. This slightly changes how you can call the executables but it allows for Python code to be added in order to extend the module.
