deps: Project upgrade. #136

Upgrade go version to 1.19 in go.mod and Dockerfile.
Upgrade kratos version to v2.6.3.
Re-run make all.

另：

我运行了 go get -u ./... 升级了依赖，不知道有没有什么副作用，比如 proto 版本问题。
之前 enum GREETER_UNSPECIFIED 应该是写错字了，但只改了 proto 文件，pb.go 的生成结果还是原来的。在我运行 make all 之后这部分内容也重新生成了。


          deps: Project upgrade.

* Upgrade go version to 1.19 in go.mod and Dockerfile.
* Upgrade kratos version to v2.6.3.
* Re-run make all.
