1. Bump VM's version to latest version

2. Write changelog

3. Run `make install`

4. Create a new release on GH

4-1. Paste changelog

4-2. Upload the binary created in last step

5. Update homebrew formula

5-1. Run `brew install --build-from-source ./Formula/goby.rb` at the `homebrew-goby`'s root

5-2. Update Goby SHA

5-3. Update EXE SHA

5-4. Run `brew test goby`
