Update to address 'extra_state_attributes'

Update 'device_state_attributes' to 'extra_state_attributes'.

Fix Preset Mode Functionality

This fix should correct the issues causing the Home/Hold functionality to fail.

Add 'off' functionality

Adds 'off' functionality in order to completely turn off HVAC unit.

Fix for missing manifest version issue

Fixes the following error:
No 'version' key in the manifest file for custom integration 'infinitive'. As of Home Assistant 2021.6, this integration will no longer be loaded. Please report this to the maintainer of 'infinitive'.
