Customise Authorization header

This PR enables the way to customise the token is passed to the APIs. Instead of Authorization: Bearer xxxxx, this will allow you to send the token in formats such as Token: xxxxx or Foo: Bar=xxxxx.

Currently this is added to clientcredentials and jwt auth methods.
