add two defcustom dir locations and use them when we export, either always to a set export dir, or be prompted to choose a dir.

you can also enable both, setting project dir to your jekyll website root, but then prompting for which subdir to save in.

also added defcustom to open the exported file on export.

i added two defcustoms - one for setting the md-project directory, and one to
prompt for a dir.

with the first you can always export to a the same location, with the second
you can choose each time where you export to.
naming consistency, boilerplate etc.
