Event: subject vs originating object

For things like suggested changes, flags, and comments the "subject" of the generated event will be the entity being flagged, commented on, or changed (such as a variant or gene). This is because notifications are triggered from subscriptions to event subjects.

The "originating object" on an event should always be the actual object being modified (the suggested change, flag, comment, etc)
