Prebuilt versions of various things to make it easier to build Grit and related projects on MSVC.

Currently included

Static libraries dynamic linking (i.e. redistributed DLLs are also needed, not provided here):

• OpenAL

For static linking:

• freetype
• ogg
• vorbis
• vorbisfile
