Remove GA script and stale revive.bocoup.com script; self-host Lato

Remove third party dependencies from gruntjs.com, including:

• Google Analytics. We're not sure who has access to that account, but basic analytics can be found in the cloudflare dashboard.
• Ads from revive.bocoup.com. These no longer work.
• Lato from google fonts. This is is now self-hosted.

@timmywil When I try this locally, the font is never loaded. It always uses the Arial/sans-serif fallback (tried in Firefox, Safari, and Chrome). Looks like something in the @font-face syntax isn't quite right?

Turns out I hadn't tried it in production mode. [email protected] was removing the commas from the Lato font-face declarations, making them invalid. I've updated the plugin to 1.6.0, which seems to fix it.
