Metadata and Namespaces Attached to this App

We have started work on a metadata schematic that incorporates the four major data groupings this application will generate: Intent, Consent, Data, and Geneaology. With the exception of the Data group, all metadata objects will point to a custom-built NS for this app. The Data group comprises of existing and well-known namespaces such as EXIF and RDF.
