Ciencias Test Manager - "Alpheta 1"

This has all core features implemented, but some minor features are missing and the results viewer is lacking at this point, hence "Alpheta" (too much functionality to be an alpha but missing some stuff to be a true beta).

The ability to take tests and upload them to Google Drive is all that is implemented. End user documentation on formats and such will be available next version.
