Fresh off the boat

Initial release with just some minor kinks.

Known issues:

• toggling types with generic arguments by clicking them on the diagram doesn't work; e.g. when trying to toggle Range here
• trying to attach XML docs to inherited members hidden because the superclass displays them throws unnecessary errors; see console here
