Adds a few more fields to some of the api endpoints:
messageTs,banked,status, andscrapbookIdfor/api/historyidto/api/goalsIncludes the additional fields for the existing endpoints proposed by #105 in an attempt to get them merged with less extensive proof-of-efficiency
